AfriSA promotes interaction among all students of African origins, affiliations with all African nations and among students interested in African affairs.​

​This association intends to achieve these goals by:

• Supporting the principle through a series of lectures, meetings and recreational activities;

• Eliminating stereotypical discernment of Africa by exhibiting its civilization through lectures, cultural displays and social gatherings;

• Promoting amiable interaction among Africans and the KSU community;

• Providing a welcoming environment for both newcomers and prospective African students;

• Educating the members of the association as well as the general community about issues pertinent to the African continent;

• Addressing the educational, cultural, political and social issues affecting members of the association.
